With as slouchy as my tulips are looking in all of this rain... I'm definitely going to have to try that trick!

Sometimes if you can't enjoy a flower in the garden (like when there's a lot of rain!) it's best to bring them inside. Hope the penny trick worked! -kris

Ho ho - your description of your lack of co-ordination could have been me! My son rolls his eyes in continuation when we go biking because I have to keep getting off so that I don't fall off. Anyone else could probably get a bus through that gap or round that bend, but I wobble just looking at it. As for seedlings, why is it always that really strong healthy looking one in the middle of the clump whose roots I rip off?

Sue, It's murphy's law of seedlings and thank goodness the little runty ones end up surviving just as well! -kris

Who knows, but I keep trying! I did transplant some peppers and tomatoes today and they seem to have survived! My 'touch' is none to gentle but it has served me well. I am so grateful for the three inches of rain.

Layanee, Anyone who's seen your garden pictures knows you have a perfect touch - sometimes a little rough handling is just what is called for - my cat, for one, loves that. -kris
