Kris: I think I will have to put Blithewold on my route next week! All those daffs and things changing all the time! I forgot to post the pulmonaria picture and some pushkinia which I really love! They need to be up close and personal. I think you take gorgeous 'Georgia O'Keefe' photos! I think that is the newlywed coming out in you!

(tee hee! - blush blush) I'm looking forward to seeing you - come early in the week if you can and the weather holds! -kris

I like that, all blooms all the time until December. Someday, I'm going to visit Blithewold, a place I had never heard of until you started this blog.

Carol, that's what I love to hear! I'm so looking forward to really meeting you someday! -kris

Nice collection of blooms. One of the gardens I tend to is a horse farm. When I was wandering out of the house area I saw these terrific pink blooms. It was 4 or 5 Dawn Viburnum that were 10 to 12 feet tall and as wide, completely covered with flowers. The ones I have grown are always tall and skinny and a bit sparse, it was quite a sight. My day was really complete when a male Cardinal landed in it and began singing to me.

Sounds like heaven... Our Dawns are new (last year I think unless I'm really out of it and they were planted longer ago) and I hope one day they make a stupendous stand like the one at the horse farm. I'll bet the scent just washes over you ... -kris
