		<description>wow, you still really have so much color! (and is that common name for Gomphocarpus physocarpus for real??!) I vote no on tropical holidays (unless it&#039;s a holiday in the tropics). When you&#039;re a kid in Texas and it&#039;s 75 degrees on Dec 25, and the poinsettias are gleaming in the garden, it just feels wrong. So does 3 months of frozen ground though, so I&#039;m not sure I&#039;m the best one to ask. Your closing line is brrrrilliant.

&lt;em&gt;Lynn, You definitely know the best/worst of both worlds having moved from one extreme to the other! And I agree that a holiday in the tropics would probably feel just about perfect... I kid you not about the the Gomphocarpus - we first purchased seeds based entirely on the given common name. How cool that it turned out to be a great plant too!
