What a wonderful morning! Although I fought a freak off-season blizzard to get there, I was surrounded by the warmth and enthusiasm of fellow gardeners from the moment I arrived. I went home floating on a cloud. Thank you to all my friends at Blithewold and special thanks to Julie who pulled it together last minute with incredible finesse and attention to detail. I'm planning my visit for next spring when the daffodils are popping.

Tovah, stay warm - we'll look forward to seeing you again in spring! -kris

Kristen,
I just want to tell you that I love reading your blog. Today's was particularly effervescent. Thanks also for the sweet, detailed description and appraisal of my working process, by the way. I've said it before but, I wish I lived closer. Tova's event sounds like an enchanting visit to Blithewold. Continue to work in your garden with "Reckless Abandon", Kristin!

Ellen, That's high praise - thank you! I wish you lived closer too. Come on back anytime - how about doing some greenhouse scans as an excuse to get out of the CT snow zone? -kris

A perfect design lunch. Perfect speaker. Kudos to all who worked on this event. Especially Tovah. Inspiring and hilarious. The centerpieces were just right. A+ on your report card, Blithewold.

Ginny, You're right to give kudos to the organizers! They (and you!) did a fabulous job as always! -kris
